Fraud warning
Criminals may misuse a financial brand, copy a website or impersonate support staff. Treat unexpected contact as untrusted until you verify it independently.
Why we publish this notice
Impersonation can create confusion, expose personal data and cause irreversible transfers. This notice gives you concrete checks to perform before sharing information or sending money.
Clone companies and copied pages
A clone may use our name, logo, staff photographs or similar domain spelling without permission. Do not rely on visual appearance alone. Start from https://avenquant.ca and contact [email protected] independently.
Warning signs
- Pressure to transfer immediately or keep the conversation secret.
- Requests for passwords, one-time codes, remote-screen access or private wallet credentials.
- A sender address that differs slightly from https://avenquant.ca.
- Promises of guaranteed recovery, profit or regulator endorsement.
If you suspect fraud
Stop communication, preserve messages and transaction references, and contact us at [email protected]. Also contact your financial institution promptly if money or credentials may be exposed.
Limits of our control
We investigate reports and seek removal of copied material, but cannot control every third party. AvenQuant is not responsible for transactions with an unaffiliated impersonator, although we will provide information that may help an investigation.
