Withdrawal policy

This policy explains available routes, verification, processing and common reasons a request may take longer.

1. Purpose and agreement

By requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that the instructions are accurate and authorize the required verification. The policy works with account terms and applicable provider rules.

2. Available methods

Eligible methods can include bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer, supported cards or another verified route displayed in the account. A request may need to return to the original funding source.

3. Processing time

Typical ranges are published on the deposit and withdrawal page. Timing begins after a complete request passes required checks and can be affected by weekends, banks, payment networks or manual review.

4. Fees and costs

AvenQuant displays applicable platform fees before confirmation. A receiving bank, intermediary or payment provider may impose a separate cost outside our control.

5. Limits

Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the method, verified status, provider restrictions and available account balance. The account interface shows current limits before submission.

6. KYC and AML checks

Identity, source and destination information may be rechecked before release. Additional evidence may be requested where account data has changed or activity requires enhanced review.

7. Delay or refusal

Incorrect destination details, incomplete verification, disputed deposits, account restrictions, insufficient available balance or legal obligations may cause delay or refusal. We explain what can be disclosed without compromising a security review.

8. User responsibility

Confirm account numbers, names and wallet or payment details before submission. A completed transfer to an incorrect destination may be difficult or impossible to recover.

9. Cancellation or change

A pending request may be changeable before processing begins. Once released to a payment network, cancellation is not guaranteed.

10. Support

Contact [email protected] with the request reference. Support typically responds within one business hour during published hours, though investigation may take longer.

11. Policy updates

We may update methods, timing or controls when providers or requirements change. The current published version applies from its posting date and does not retroactively alter a completed withdrawal.
